Kim Webber

Chief Executive Officer
Kim has been CEO of Rural Health Workforce Australia since 2006 and is on the World Health Organization expert panel examining the retention of health professionals in remote and rural areas.  Kim has worked in the rural health sector for most of her career. She has worked across the government, academic and not-for-profit sectors. Her roles before Rural Health Workforce Australia include Manager of Rural and Indigenous Programs for beyondblue, Deputy Head of the Northern Rivers University Department of Rural Health and Program Manager in the Office of Rural Health at the Australian Department of Health and Ageing.

Roger Williams

Operations Manager
Roger's role is to oversee the day-to-day support operations of Rural Health Workforce Australia including human resources, policy, procedures, accounts and procurement. Roger has worked across  a number of senior operational roles within the emergency services and health environment. 

Kristen Harrison

National Program Manager, Student Initiatives (National Rural Health Students' Network) 
Kristen focuses on management of the NRHSN and its Rural Health Clubs within the broader strategic framework.  She supervises all projects as determined by the NRHSN contract and assists with other initiatives.  Kristen works closely with the Rural Health Student Clubs and supports the network to meet its program objectives. 

Linda Nink

Senior Project Officer, Student Initiatives (National Rural Health Students' Network) 
Linda supports the activities of the NRHSN working closely with all Rural Health Clubs including the execution of funding the NRHSN funded clubs.  Linda is also involved in the development of new publications and reports, maintenance of the Rural High School Visit website, coordinating events and organising funding. 

Kerryn Eccleston

Senior Project Officer, Student Initiatives (National Rural Health Students’ Network)
Kerryn supports the activities of the NRHSN in advancing the goals of the network.  Her role includes development of new publications and reports, maintenance of the NRHSN website, liaising with clubs, coordinating events and organising funding. 

Jane Jamieson

Project Officer, Student Initiatives (National Rural Health Students' Network)  
Jane supports the activities of the NRHSN in advancing the goals of the network.  This role includes development of new publications and reports, maintenance of the NRHSN website, liaising with clubs, coordinating events and organising funding. 

Kate Nakic

Project Officer, Student Initiatives (National Rural Health Students' Network)  
Kate supports the activities of the NRHSN in advancing the goals of the network.  Her role includes development of new publications and reports, maintenance of the NRHSN website, liaising with clubs, coordinating events and organising funding. 

Kate Hardiman

Business Development Manager
Kate's focus is on the long term sustainability of RHWA through the development and management of strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and marketing initiatives. Kate has worked across the health, not-for-profit, arts, property and agribusiness sectors in business development and project management roles. 

Margie Mahon

Director of Workforce Programs
Margie focuses on activities associated with the recruitment and retention of overseas' doctors.  She brings her experience in policy and project mangement from government, industry and the not-for-profit sector.  Margie has worked extensively in the rural sector, implementing projects nationally.  Before joining RHWA, she was the Executive Officer of the Clinical Network Program at Cancer Council Victoria.

Lawrie Donaldson

Research and Special Projects Officer
Lawrie is responsible for RHWA's research and policy activities.  He monitors the media, academic papers and other policy sources to prepare briefing papers on topics relevant to the rural health workforce and the broader rural health reform environment.

Kristy Rodwell

Project Officer, Workforce Programs
Kristy is responsible for supporting the management of national programs that increase the number of health workers in rural and remote Australia. She has extensive project management and financial analysis skills, having worked for a leading accounting firm and in corporate real estate. Before joining RHWA, she was the analyst at Bennelong Property Funds Management. 

Ashby Redward

Project Officer, Workforce Programs
Ashby is responsible for supporting the management of national programs that increase the number of health workers in rural and remote Australia. He has worked within the not-for-profit health sector with a particular focus on overseas-trained doctors. 

Nino Ellison

Project Officer
Nino looks after projects and activities designed to raise the profile of rural health as a desirable career option. Nino is also a qualified counsellor, has worked internationally as a freelance travel photographer, and has experience in project and event management.

Tony Wells

Communications Manager
Tony is responsible for media relations, website content and day-to-day communications activities.  A former journalist, he has been a communications consultant and publications editor in the public and private sectors.

Pauline Reid

Office Manager / Events Coordinator (PT)
Pauline supports the activities of RHWA through organising national meetings and events, human resources, office policies and systems development.  

Stephanie Brown

Executive Support Officer  
Stephanie provides executive administration support to the CEO and assists the team where required. She has worked in similar roles across various industries including agribusiness, property and engineering.
